This blog is for exciting stories and photos from our tours.

Photos from my trip to Holland are now in the Photo Gallery.

Here is something really adventurous to do this fall: zip line tour in Charlemont, MA. The scenic drive there is spectacular and the Mohawk Trail is bursting with colorful leaves for miles!

The zip line tour, operated by Zoar Outdoor, is beyond awesome--and so are the guides! There are 9 zip lines of different lengths, 2 sky bridges and 3 rappels. I was really scared on the first launch, but my fear disappeared by the third zip line. The elevation is about 50-65 ft. above the ground and you're traveling about 30mph on the zip line. You can even camp there because there are also tents. I highly recommend doing this in the fall. The foliage is brilliant in the peaceful wooded area as you zip away! Link to my photos.

My first photography T-shirt design is selling really well. I had a feeling there would be great interest since there are hardly any T-shirts that represent us photographers! Click here to order. Hmm...time to think of the next design.

How many times have you gone on vacation and took so many photos that you forgot the names of the sites? The digital revolution has conquered that obstacle. Enter...the GPS Compact Flash Card. These innovative cards record your shooting location and apply geotag information to images. What's even better? Some cameras have built-in GPS geotagging!

It's always exciting for me to see an article about PhotoWalks--even after 7 years!

Dallas Morning News - August 30, 2009

Have you noticed that there are hardly any  T-shirts with a photography theme? My first T-shirt design is in production now. The finished product should be done by the first week of August. Stay tuned for updates.

Thank you for visiting my Blog. It’s hard for me to believe that PhotoWalks has entered its 8th season! It’s been an amazing journey. I had no idea where my entrepreneurial dream was going to take me, but I braced myself for the twists and turns of the ride. What an experience it’s been so far.

On May 1, 2002, PhotoWalks began with only two tours: Beacon Hill and the Public Garden. Four days later, I was so excited to receive my first phone call for a tour of Beacon Hill. By the time the first season ended, over 100 people took a photo tour. PhotoWalks has come a long way since then. Believe it or not, I consider my first season one of my greatest successes. The business was new, there was little publicity or Internet exposure and over 100 people somehow found PhotoWalks. Today, there are five PhotoWalks tours. Plans...
